I am so glad...

... that better than half my staff has abruptly decided that now is the time to vacation. I mean, it's not like we're trying to kick off multiple projects before the end of the month or anything.

I sound like a big grouch, don't I? It's not as if I begrudge anyone their vacations/sanity breaks. I just cringe at the remarkably coordinated timing. I suppose this is where I'm supposed to take the strategic approach and re-deploy my other resources.

And then send them all to Sierra Leone when they get back.
