The baby is actively telepathic. Not to a truly alarming level; Charles has established that she's receptive to a limited range, and she was projecting to Moira and I, as well as to him. But she is responsive, not just to other telepaths but to anyone thinking loudly enough at her.
So basically, I'm expecting asking you all to be careful around Moira until the baby's born. We're keeping a very close eye on things and Charles and I can both step in to shield if need be. But if you're going to get upset and Moira's anywhere in the vicinity, take it elsewhere. This is a developing mind, telepathic or not, and very delicate. Even if she is a "sturdy little thing", to borrow Charles' phrase.
