Notice something missing?
Apr. 9th, 2005 10:50 amThat's right, the voice-to-text message isn't there. That would be because I'm actually sitting up in bed with my own laptop - which is on my lap, since it's easier to type at that level than when it's on the table-thing. Arms aren't working properly just yet. Nothing is, really, but it's easier to move this morning than it was yesterday.
So the cage traction rig has been swapped for a back brace that feels like an old-fashioned corset looks. Notice my choice of words there. If the last couple of rounds of tests check out this weekend and I prove that I won't kill myself in the wheelchair, I'll be out of here on Monday morning.
I could say I'm looking forward to it. Of course, I could also say that a broken back is a small inconvenience.
Something I'd like to do is take the ceiling down and save it. I think most of the pieces of the collage could fit in a scrapbook or something like that. With the possible exception of the beer can. Anyone have any ideas?
