... that I will actively attempt to avoid air travel for the next little while. At least commercial air travel, where even in first-class you're packed into enclosed spaces with plague-ridden people. I can feel the cold and/or Death Flu coming on as I type. I hate my immune system.

I left Muir a quieter place than I found it. Pete, I have both a package for you from Dom - don't ask, I don't know - and a note that probably involves her calling me nasty names for sending her to northwest China. Apparently that's just as bad as Mongolia and I'm a mean-spirited prick.

Lesson of the weekend - when you're telling a pregnant electrokinetic that she's got to stay put and behave herself, make sure you're wearing rubber-soled shoes.

Progress? In a manner of speaking. One of the psi-capacitors was still charged. Those things don't exactly behave like regular capacitors and respect things like grounding and insulation. Thankfully I had my LEFT hand on it and only had to do a full reboot of my prosthetics.

On the other hand, I now know precisely how gravimetric shear works, and I have a brilliant theory about Unified Force manipulation.

I'll get back to the lab after physio and my Ethics class, but I should have your stick put back together by tomorrow.

Augh. Glad there wasn't any damage to you. And I should have made it clear to you that I was in the middle of using it when it got broken, I suppose.
