Hello from Keene Valley....
Feb. 9th, 2007 06:51 pmJust posting to let you all know that we arrived safely, the lodge did not lose our reservations, and one of my new rules for long drives will be "I have total control over the radio/CD player, and dissenters will be riding home on the roof". (Had to get that out, sorry.)
Most of the kids are still eating lunch - I told them to eat up, because they're going to need the fuel for the ice climbing lesson this afternoon. Afterwards, if the instructors and I don't successfully manage to wear them out, I may let them explore the village a little. There are cute little shops and the like. And the whole village is so tiny that I can keep track of them easily.
